Our fees are calculated at 12% (twelve percent) of annual remuneration (Cost to Company) packages. Our standard rate attracts a guarantee period of 90 (ninety) days. Reduced rates will be considered if there is an element of exclusivity or the client generates business above a certain volume. All variations from our standard terms, conditions and fees must be in writing and shall be applicable only for the duration of a specific assignment only.
